.:Corporate Identity Questionnaire:.

  1.)   What is your business?
We are a Bridal store that sells gowns.

2.)   Describe your business in one sentence
We specialize in catering to the needs and desires of all brides, allowing them to freely create gowns that have never been designed.
3.)   Who is your target audience?
My target audience is more targeted to high end women women who plan on getting married.

  4.)   Who are your competitors?
My competition would be all the other bridal companies out their such as; David's Bridal, The White Closet Co and Alfred Angelo just to mention a few.

5.)   What makes them better/worse than your product/service?
For The White Closet, some of their links do not take you to certain dresses. For such a well known bridal store like David's Bridal, their website does not look as sophisticated as their commercials.

6.)   Do you currently have an identity?
              Not yet

7.)   How do you want your image to be seen in two years?
I would like the company's image to be one remembered as high end and sophisticated.

8.)   If your company was an animal, what animal would it be and why?
If my company was an animal it would have to be a swan just because they are elegant and white, signifying purity and cleanliness- just like a white gorgeous gown.
9.)   If your company/brand was a person, who would it be and why?
Michelle obama, she's so chic and is a good representation of a strong, powerful woman, that would be a great image for the company.

10.)   If your company/brand was an object, what would it be?
simple- a diamond. Expensive and a girl's best friend...would look great on a gown too. This is important because the value of a diamond is a great representation of the value of this corporation.

11.)   If your customer was a cartoon character, who would it be?
Cinderella, she looked gorgeous in that gown, definitely how women wish to look on their special day.

.:Lyrical Collage:.

I decided to create my lyrical collage based on a song I forgot I loved; 'Collide- Howie Day.' Basically I decoded the song in my own way and interpreted the meaning behind the lyrics in my collage and came up with an equation to sum this whole story up. Ready...?
Boy meets girl (Vice versa) +  Boy and girl fall in love + unrealistic expectations from girl = guy's heart is broken hence the lyrics 'I've lost my place'. For those of you who have been in such a situation remember that time heals all wounds and never lose sight of whats more important. Anyway back to the creation process, I made two of my own brushes using images off of Google.
What I think makes this piece particularly interesting is the crack through the center, I'll leave that for the viewer to interpret. Below are the images I used.

.:A Woman Can Never Have Too Many Shoes:.

I love shoes! And I'll keep adding to my collection of shoes, so I decided to do an image on shoes in a store, hence the mannequins. I made the wallpaper with a pre made brush from http://www.brusheezy.com/brushes/39719-cherry-blossom-1. I also used a pattern from that same site http://www.brusheezy.com/patterns/10895-sue-s-wood-patterns to create a wood feel to the floor which I love because it makes it have some character.

I created the table with rectangles, I created the shoes brushes and mannequins by using images I found. My initial idea was to add a closet of shoes and a rack of clothes however I did not have too much time to do all that so I just stuck to the mannequins. But with my own shoe brushes, I just stacked them as if they were neatly organized on the table as some stores do. I used different colors for the shoes so that they could be the main focus...I mean I don't know about you but when I look at the image my eyes immediately are drawn to the shoes...mission accomplished.  I had fun on this one!
